Submission Guidelines

1. Originality: All papers must be original work, not published elsewhere.

2. Formatting: Manuscripts must be in .docx format, double-spaced, using APA 7th Edition citation style.

3. Anonymity: For double-blind review, remove author names from the main manuscript file.

4. Structure: Include Abstract (max 250 words), Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion.

5. Ethical Standards: Clinical trials must include ethics committee approval and patient consent statements.
